Applications of BBa_K2888010
The mlrA gene with 6x histag is designed to degrade MCLR toxics existing in cyanobacteria. By adding 6x histag to the part, we improve the efficiency of purification and makes it possible to apply it in our designed prototype. The expressed proteins will be bind and immobilized on a Ni-column, allowing it to degrade MCLR repeatedly.
